Have you ever gotten angry simply because you were expected to? I mean someone wrongs you and you choose to fly off the handle because God forbid that you disappoint the onlookers?
Have you ever made yourself angry by exhuming events you should have left buried?
Have you ever gotten angry by making up annoying scenarios in your head? Imagining events that have never happened or are yet to occur, but they make you mad all the same?
Have you ever hurt yourself afresh in the quest for “closure”?
Whatever the case maybe, don’t let anger rest. You might not be able to prevent dirt from getting thrown at you, but you can still stay clean afterwards.
